Observed food service employees to be handling ready-to-eat foods without minimizing direct hand contact with the food product. Cup was used in chili powder & pepitos. Food employees shall avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food whenever possible and, to the extent possible, shall handle ready-to-eat food only with suitable utensils such as a deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, or single-use gloves. 750.290 Next Inspection
10  Observed the following utensil(s) to be improperly stored. 1. Food scoops found in chicken & beans.2. Ice scoop found in ice at soda station.
